KERRY D. ROSADO
Founder & Principal DEI Consultant
Kerry is the Founder and Principal Diversity Consultant for Dyvergent Consulting Group, LLC and has 8+ years of experience in tech, healthcare, and education. Named among the 146 Inspiring Women Leaders in 2021 by Diverse IN. A proud mother of two boys with autism and a neurodiversity advocate. She holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, an Masters in Business Administration, and a DEI in the Workplace Certificate. Releasing a book in fall 2021 on inclusive leadership.
She has worked at top tech companies such as Microsoft and Amazon to advocate for diversity and inclusion. Former School Board Trustee advocating for inclusive education. Former board member for People Acting in Community Together (PACT), where she empowered the community to solve social issues related to housing, immigration, education, restorative justice, and led community rallies. She has mentored youth through Google CS First and Microsoft TEALS, and even led and won hackathons at Women Who Code Silicon Valley.
