INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING
This program is designed to help leaders develop a true commitment to diversity, challenge the status quo, hold others accountable and make diversity and inclusion a personal priority. Leaders will develop awareness of bias, learn to empower others, pay attention to diversity of thinking and psychological safety, and focus on team cohesion. In addition, leaders will learn about servant leadership and cultural intelligence.

Session 1: Inclusive leadership, creating psychological safety, the 6 C's of inclusive leadership
Session 2: Unconscious Bias, micro-aggressions, bystander, upstander
Session 3: Allyship towards the BIPOC, LGBTQ, disabilities/neurodiverse, Asian, Latinx communities
Session 4: Diversity hiring and retention
Session 5: Empathy & Equity for All
Session 6: Organizational change management, sustainable business models

The sessions will be led by a subject matter expert who will provide virtual workbooks and group exercises during the training. This can be done in five 1 hour training sessions, two half day seminars, or 1 day seminar. ​

WORKSHOPS
Our workshops are designed to empower employees and lay the foundation for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Sessions will be lead by a facilitator and workbooks will be provided. This can be provided as 1 hour workshops, half day or full day seminars. Some topics include:
