The workshop will begin with introductions and an icebreaker to help all participants gets to know each other better as you will be doing group exercises to reinforce the lessons learned. During the workshop we will discuss the power of story telling and how to handle difficult conversations by using influencing language. We will also review the mindset of a leader and different leadership types and how adapt to inspire others to make impact.
